Cocoa Burst

Our local (Dallas) artisan creation, Cocoa Burst, is a ball of wonderfulness which is fun to watch and delicious to enjoy on these cold winter mornings.  Adults and kids love to watch hot milk poured over the ball releasing an explosion of marshmallows and cocoa.  We use only the highest quality European chocolate and cocoa.
